I was super hesitant on purchasing a bed frame from online without being able to see or touch it and not know how it would be but I'm glad I took the chance. I got the split king because my husband and I sleep two different ways. He tosses and turns all night and has bad reflux. I lay pretty still overall but also get acid reflux. We needed to be able to have the option of raising the head of the bed so fit our individual needs. This bed is perfect. It came as 2 separate twin xl frames. The wiring was basically already done right out the box. There were only a couple things we needed to do.I will admit, my side had a motor issue, and I messaged the seller about a replacement, they were very prompt on responding to my inquiry and after asking a few verification questions, I had a new motor sent out within a few days, no hassle. It was really nice. Now, my side works great. Each side has a usb port for charging the phone, it has a holder for the remote, the head and feet both move up/down. There is a low light installed under the bed incase u need to get up in the middle of the night. Not too bright. I was unsure of how the vibration would work through the mattress, but it does actually work really well. Seems to be 3 levels of intensity. My husband jokes and says it sounds like osprey helicopters, I don't think it's quite that bad haha but definitely not mouse quiet either.Overall, we are pleased with the frames and the customer service.*it did take both of us to get the frames together but it wasn't complicated and didn't take long.Received a Split King (two XL Twins) frame about a week ago. Boxes were very heavy. Setup was complicated by our use of a bed frame that goes around this adjustable base but otherwise would not have been difficult. I did have an issue getting it to work until I read the part about syncing the remotes to the beds. Since I figured that out and that only one remote can be used when they are synced we have had no issues. So far have we have been very happy with this base, especially considering it was anywhere from $500 to $2500 cheaper than competitors with the same functions. The reason for missing stars is the remote dose not have any memory function as shown in the ad. That was one of the reasons that I bought the bed frame. Otherwise, everything works fine. Although the box that it is shipped in is heavy & bulky, assembly is easy & the instructions are well written. I have since contacted the store about the remote so, we'll see. If I get the remote replaced with memory buttons, (what's shown) I'll write an update. If not, then buyer beware!08/01/22 Update:The order was placed on 07/09/22, shipped on 07/11/22 & assembled on 07/16/22.The dealer was contacted the next day: 07/17/22.BDEUS responded to my request for a replacement remote right away (07/18/22) & has been very responsive ever since. The problem turned out to be that I was shipped an older model of adjustable bed frame (Just my luck) & the remote didn’t have any memory buttons, according to them. After contacting the factory, I was offered a refund of $50.00. I refused the refund & asked for a remote with memory (I am disabled). I didn’t play the disabled card because I didn’t want to influence the situation. The factory sent a remote on 07/28/22 (from China). The remote was received on 08/01/22 & after paring, it works well & all is good! Interestingly, the original remote no longer works. After receiving a quote from a local 'mattress factory' retail place for nearly 4x the price, based on the reviews here we decided to give this frame a try.We have a full king bed that has an elevated drawer base, and we needed a frame that could be used in a zero-clearance scenario. Our existing bed base needed a slight adjustment of cross-bracing to match where the frame's legs are, but once that was done, the frames fit perfectly. We also added rubber pads to the bottom of the adjustable frame, to prevent the frame from sliding around too much on the drawer base. (also to protect the wood from getting scratched)The frame, as others have mentioned, is extremely well constructed, with powder-coated rectangular tube construction. The weight of the unit is substantial - even the individual twin sides of a split king were very heavy, about all that you'd want to lift and move around with 1 person. It feels very stable at rest and also when elevated. The platform itself is also well made, with a finished upholstered edge. The overall height of the frame without using the screw-in legs is about 4.5", which is similar to the height of a normal fixed box-spring/foundation.The motor is quiet with a slight 'whirrrrr' when operating, but not anything too loud. The remotes worked well, and were easy to see in the dark due to the backlighting. As others have mentioned, setup of this base was simply taking it out of the box, unfolding it, placing it on the drawer bed base and plugging it in. There's also a loop that holds the mattress in at the foot of the bed, which installs in seconds with no tools. We're using this with a Hybrid Spring/Foam mattress, and I was surprised at the amount of individual adjustability I could use on each side without really affecting the other side. The 'Zero G' position is very comfortable to sleep in; I noticed less pain when I woke after the first night using it. You will likely need to make adjustments to whatever pillows you normally use to account for the now-elevated position of your head + neck, which will be true of any adjustable bed.Only 'cons' I can think of (and they're nit-picky) - would be nice if they included the rubber pads for the frame for zero clearance use. Also, the shipping packaging is very frail- The box was in rough shape once it got here due to the straps around it being used to lift/move the box by the shipping company. Might be a good idea to incorporate some handles into the packaging. (I feel bad for the delivery guys, as these are very heavy/clumsy packages to move)Overall, an *incredible* value over what mattress stores charge and also over 'brand-name' frames online. So far, I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an adjustable bed.I love this adjustable bed frame! I have a tempurpedic mattress and It fit perfectly. The remote is very handy and everything works just as described.I like the bed so much I don't want to get out of bed but you know we all have to at some time.Thank you for a speedy delivery which it would have taken longer but it came sooner than expected.Taken a few weeks to get use to the incline after sleeping flat for a long timeThis adjustable bed is easy to set up and works great!
