I've had this clock for years and I love it. It's very easy to read at night and during the day. I thought my clock was broken because all of a sudden the numbers weren't readable and I just bought a second one. I subsequently found out it was weak batteries for the one clock that was dim and now I have two. My husband took one upstairs to his office and the other is in our bedroom. We both really like the clocks and their very inexpensive.The molded plastic letters on back are hard to read. Worst I have ever seen. Have to hold at proper angle to reflect light exactly correctly. Wonder why? Would not have cost any more to use larger font.I am using it strickly as a clock by my bed. No alarm setting, etc. A a little hard to read during night, unless the angle is directly looking at it. That requires moving my position a little, that tends to wake me up. Not good. Turning up brightness makes it too bright to sleep. Disappointed.Easy to read during the day.BUT, value for the money spent is reasonable. Was hoping for $30 features for a little over $10.Like the large numbers and like where you can turn nightlife on or off, or just press top button to see time at night if you don't want nite light on.Setting, button on back need to be highlighted or embossed, very hard to read.It is easy to set up if you follow the manual, lots of info on the screen. The time numbers are big and nice, the other info is hard to glimpse at if you are not close.See above.I bought this for my son in the to bunk which means he doesn't keep it on a traditional table. The viewing angle is so minimal and weird that it often appears blurry unless you tilt it just right. Also we have had to take the battery door shut because it kept falling off and we had to then reset the time multiple times through the week. Overall it's very annoying. I purchased a replacement after a few weeksHad one if these clocks before different make same clock..the last one was better although only lasted one year before back light stopped working. This clock you can't read the settings on the back as very faint print so hard to set and the clock time can only be read when looking straight at the front of the clock not from the side. Would not recommend.It’s unbelievable that a digital clock in this day and age doesn’t keep time! It gets at least 5 minutes behind on a weekly basis so have to keep adjusting it which is difficult because the buttons on the back are so hard to read. Otherwise the clock was ideal in display size, weight, etcVery dark, tried everything to make brighter. Only bright when you touch top button. Was in pitch black room, no sensor light has advertised.
