We bought an electric toilet seat when they first came out for a little over $600. It works very well and is still going strong after almost ten years.I was looking for a manual model for my other bathroom (I can live without a heated seat or remote control) when I saw this one for a little over $150. I checked and found that this one was the least expensive one by a pretty wide margin. For the money, I was willing to gamble against “you get what you pay for.”After two months, I like this seat more than the first one. I especially like the fact that you can access the most important functions without needing a remote control (which, being RF instead of IR, works so much better than point-and-shoot with the IR remote the first seat requires to operate).I know I haven’t used it long enough to make any statistically significant comments, but since it’s made by a relatively new company, my thoughts are that they may be purposefully losing money on a seat which is hard to differentiate from its competitors (and therefore probably of similar or superior quality) in order to build their reputation. Last week I bought the very same model for my sister. I have a feeling that I got in on a great deal.I must mention that on only one occasion did it freeze up, but I was really going wild with the remote control and believe I overwhelmed the chip. As is SOP these days with almost everything, I unplugged it, waited 30 seconds, and it came back to life, good as new. What a shame that this trick doesn’t work on people. . .It’s only been two months, but until it proves me wrong, I believe that this is a great deal (enough to buy it twice), and that “you get what you pay for” doesn’t seem to apply as much now as it did in the past.P.S. It was almost unbelievably easy to install.Had an issue with the seat not working right away at install. I'm pretty good at troubleshooting things mechanically, so I narrowed it down to the inlet on the toilet being clogged or not taking in any water. I tried what the instructions said and it did nothing. I tried some things online and they also didn't work. I left a 1 star review with the issue and messaged the seller with the promise the review would be updated if they handled the issue. The seller got back to me and advised me to let the seat sit for a day and try again. They said that the inlet valves can shrink during storage and would open eventually. This worked and my seat is now fully functional. I'm leaving this here in case others run into this issue. Kudos to the seller for getting back to me and helping me with the issue. They also had immediately given me the option to return it for a refund or new one, which was good.As for the seat itself, it works fine. It isn't nearly as powerful as my last one, but that was at a different building, so that may come up to water pressure difference. The features are all there, but other than the heating options, they are pretty meh. The "movement" of the spray is minimal, so you will probably be scooting around to get everything clean. The dryer is enough to feel a nice breeze, but you would have to sit there for ten minutes for it to actually dry you. Overall, at the price point, it is still a pretty decent product. At half the cost of most of the other lower end electrical models, it does what it needs to.I like all the features ,but took a lot of time to get working. I followed the comments in reviews and not to much luck. But on the lid it tells you what to do if your water light is blinking on and off. I did this and now it works good . It would be nice if the fan blew stronger as it takes a while to get dry. But I’m happy with it so far.I’ve been in the market for an electronic bidet for a while but could never justify the price until stumbling upon this.Contrary to what other reviews indicated, I did not have the issue with the T-pipe fitting. The install was surprisingly easy. The air fryer could be a little more powerful but it still does the job. I like the remote control and have integrated the RF commands into my Home Assistant smart home using my Bond IR/RF hub (i.e. even more “sanitary”voice control cleaning commands).I've never used a bidet, and a cold water shot to the brown eye just didn't sound appealing. I've installed it and I used it. It was weird, you kinda position it with the remote. Once there you kinda move your hips to clean everywhere. it has different pressures, from soft to blast your bingus. It was very comfortable. I still checked with some tp, and it was spotless. I tried the dryer and meh. But barely any tp and no wet wipes, much cleaner. Its weird but worth it. Especially if you over clean like me. Especially for a first try.. now I'm saving for a fancy bidet, like the ones from Japan.
