I run this dehumidifier in my RV trailer. It keeps the humidity level at about 47% while the camper is sitting idle. The tray fills up with water about once a week, so I know it's doing a great at removing dampness that could cause mildew and mold. I definitely recommend this purchase.so far works as intended, didn't know how bad I needed this till I got it, so glad I did, I'll be buying another soonArrived quickly and packaged great. Very compact. The room I have it in is 144 sq ft, 12x12 and it does reduce the humidity. Easy to operate. I wouldn't call it "ultra quiet".I love this dehumidifier! Not a fan of the night light it has on it but it has a button so that it can be turned off.At first I was sceptical, too small, too cheap? But this little bad boy has been going 24/7 since I've purchased it, it pulls a full container about every 2 days, it has taken a substantial amount of moisture out of my computer room where it matters, it's not noisy in fact you could run this overnight in a bedroom, the lights rather ambient and not intrusive, I'm quite happy with this.Just keep in mind that you will need an Australian adapter to use it.I bought this appliance for my elderly mother who lives in a rural area. When it arrived it needed an adaptor as it had American plug. This is not well advertised on product description and I would not expect it of a product bought in Australia. This did cause a level of inconvenience as my mother has no access to shops.Once adaptor arrived it does seem to work quite well.I knew this particular room in my house stored moisture but I have been aghast at how much moisture this little device has drawn from the air even with the door closed. Around 1 cm per day. Mould that was starting to gather on a chest of drawers has faded and I can really feel the difference when I walk into the room. Quiet, gets on with the job, wonderful for its price - I'm really happy with this purchase!Porduct is good however was brought from Australian amazon site with all the wrong power connections for Australia. Company then wanted me to pay extra to buy the right connection or pay for shipping to return item.The dehumidifier is excellent!
